Not worth it
Used for road cycling and cyclo-cross; I got a puncture on the road once – the sealant did seal the hole completely, but it opened up again several times. I managed to get home, though. But the sealant is very difficult to remove from the matt black wheels and frame. In my opinion, it’s not all it’s cracked up to be and doesn’t seal punctures particularly well. But it is a right faff to get off.

It doesn’t get any better than this
I’ve now cycled about 10,000 km using the Silca Ultimate Tubeless Sealant 2.0, and the results are impressive. I’ve had several punctures during that time, but the sealant sealed the hole so quickly every time that I could just carry on cycling. I haven’t had to use a plug or top up the tyre with air whilst out and about even once. This stuff performs reliably all year round, whatever the conditions. I’d definitely recommend it!

Very good sealant but only for the colder months . In summer especially if you do long bikepack trips this is not the suitable sealant as it dries out very quickly . So I often switch to another brand .
